As a Support worker, you will be making a real difference to people’s lives by improving their daily living standards and skills. Passionate about people, you will adore the scope and support we offer for you to enhance your own life and career as well, as you get the experience and training needed to progress with us.
You will be working in Supported Living Facility in Carlisle, supporting peoples lives in various ways such as shopping, helping to manage their own budgets and even cooking.
Our ideal candidate would be passionate, caring and enthusiastic. Someone who is non-judgmental, flexible and patient, a great team player who can demonstrate brilliant communicate skills. And someone who is able to complete the physical aspects of the role such as manual handling where needed.
If you have 6 Months of experience, an In-Date DBS and both doses of the Covid-19 Vaccine, then we can get you into work as soon as you need it!
